Listing with classification
Because of the vast amount of available holiday residences, which all promise you the best vacations, it can be hard for you as an entrepreneur to clarify which qualities your accommodation possesses.
And because you cannot distinguish yourself from others that well, you miss out on reservations.
You can have your accommodation classified. On the basis of the standards set up by Caribbean Style the level of quality will be established and your accommodation will be granted stars. Your accommodation then belongs to the classified accommodations and will be published in this category on this website. Now you distinguish yourself from others and you are able to fully profile yourself (and as a result your accommodation) and customers will be able to find these qualities.
The classification system offers entrepreneurs the following advantages:
- The classification system offers the entrepreneur an effective marketing tool. The classification of accommodations is published in the classification register on the Caribbean Style website. Also, entrepreneurs are allowed to place the Caribbean Style logo and the concerning number of stars and/or the ecolabel onto their website, brochures and/or other commercial manifestations.
- By classifying the accommodation(s), the level of quality and sustainability of the accommodation(s) is/are established and the entrepreneurs will be stimulated to improving the quality and sustainability of their property.
- If desired, Caribbean Style offers the entrepreneurs support in developing policy (entrepreneurship) in which quality as well as sustainability take in a central position. This is in order for the tourist business to grow, without losing sight of the importance of local nature and culture.

Caribbean Style Ecolabel
Some entrepreneurs think it is important to contribute to the preservation of local nature and culture.
That, in order to do such a thing, quality has to be given up to a certain extent, they take for granted.
Caribbean Style appreciates this very much.
That is why we do not only assess accommodations on their quality, but also on responsible entrepreneurship.
Responsible entrepreneurship comprises, for instance, energy- or water saving measures, reducing waste products, but also making use of local products and services. Accommodations that meet the criteria set up for this, will be appointed the Caribbean Style Ecolabel.
The ecolabel offers you a great opportunity to position your accommodation in the market. Also more and more public interest and awareness for this specific type of accommodation arises. You can apply for the ecolabel by means of the application form.

Application procedure classification
1. Apply
To have your accommodation classified, first you have to apply by means of the application form on this website.
2. Classification
After you have applied, your accommodation will be given a classification. You will have to submit one fully and truthfully filled out classification form per accommodation in order to obtain this classification. On the base of this classification form a classification, a number of stars with a maximum of five and/or the ecolabel will be appointed.
3. Payment
After Caribbean Style has received the classification form, you will receive an invoice. As soon as the invoice has been settled, your classification form will be considered. Next, your accommodation will be included in the accommodation classification register and published onto this website.
4. Stars & ecolabel
You are entitled to put the Caribbean Style logo, banner and the appointed number of stars and/or ecolabel onto your website, brochures, leaflets or other commercial manifestations.
